Broadwater Shores Waterfront Apartments offers two and three-bedroom self-contained units with private balconies. The Tower building features apartments with Broadwater views, while the Villa building has garden and pool views. All units include fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves, separate laundry facilities with washers and dryers, air conditioning in living areas, ceiling fans in bedrooms, and free WiFi. Three-bedroom units have larger wrap-around balconies with views of the marina, Gold Coast coastline, and hinterland.

Self-Catering Facilities

Each apartment features a full kitchen with oven, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Electric barbecues are available in alfresco dining areas. A 7-Eleven convenience store is located across the street for groceries, and Runaway Bay Shopping Village is 1.7km away. La Piazza restaurant is situated a few meters north of the property driveway on Bayview Street.

Recreation Facilities

The property features two outdoor unheated swimming pools, one located at the Broadwater edge, plus a cold water spa pool.
